Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the trelic affiliate program, operated by TRELIC TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("trelic", "we"). By joining the program you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not join.

Read Section 3 carefully. trelic is software used with real brokerage accounts. What you may and may not say about it is not a formality, and violations end participation immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
  • You must have a genuine audience. Accounts created solely to self-refer, or to generate clicks without an audience, are not eligible.
  • We may approve or decline any application, and may remove any affiliate, at our discretion.
  • Employees, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible.

    • 2. Commission

  • 30% of net subscription revenue from customers you refer, recurring for as long as that customer remains subscribed. This survives the partnership ending for any ordinary reason (Section 6.1). The only two things that end it are termination for cause (Section 6.2) and a change of control (Section 7).
  • 90-day attribution window. A referral is credited if the customer subscribes within 90 days of last clicking your link, based on the last affiliate link clicked.
  • Commission is calculated on net revenue: after discounts, taxes, and payment-processing fees.
  • Free accounts earn no commission. Paper trading is free and unlimited; commission arises only when a referred user pays.
  • Refunds and chargebacks are deducted. If a referred customer refunds or charges back, the corresponding commission is reversed, including from a later balance.
  • Payouts are issued monthly once your balance exceeds $50, with a 30-day holding period after each payment clears to cover the refund window.
  • We may change commission rates with 30 days' notice. Existing referred customers keep the rate in effect when they subscribed.

    • 3. Content Rules

    trelic is a software tool. It is not an investment adviser, a broker-dealer, or a manager of anyone's money, and it must never be described as any of those. The following are prohibited without exception.

    3.1 No performance or profit claims

  • Do not state, imply, or illustrate any past, expected, projected, or typical profit, return, win rate, or account growth. This includes your own results.
  • Do not display account balances, P&L screenshots, or trade results in a way that suggests users can expect similar outcomes.
  • Do not use phrases such as "passive income", "guaranteed", "risk-free", "consistent profits", "financial freedom", or "quit your job".
  • Do not describe trelic as a way to make money. Describe what it does: it researches the market and proposes trades that you approve.

    • 3.2 No misrepresentation of what the software is

  • Do not present trelic, or your content about it, as investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • Do not state or imply that trelic holds, custodies, manages, or has access to customer funds. It does not.
  • Do not claim trelic is licensed, registered, regulated, or endorsed by any regulator, exchange, or brokerage.
  • Do not overstate autonomy. The software proposes trades subject to user-configured guardrails and approval; it is not a hands-off system.
  • Do not misrepresent pricing, the free paper-trading tier, the refund policy, or what a subscription includes.

    • 3.3 Required disclosures

    Every piece of content containing an affiliate link or code must include, clearly and conspicuously, and not hidden behind a "more" link:

  • A statement that you receive a commission. For example: "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link." This is required by the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides.
  • A risk statement. For example: "Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including your entire investment. trelic is a software tool, not investment advice. Options are especially risky. Past and simulated performance do not predict future results."

    • 3.4 Live streams and real-time content

  • If you stream trelic operating on a live account, apply a delay of at least 15 minutes.
  • Do not present live or recorded trades as recommendations or signals to your audience.

    • 3.5 Traffic and promotion

  • No bidding on our brand terms in paid search, including "trelic", "trelic trading app", "trelictech", and close variants or misspellings.
  • No unsolicited email, SMS, DMs, or forum/comment spam.
  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, adware, browser extensions, or any method that sets tracking without a deliberate click.
  • No self-referral, and no referring accounts you control.
  • No listing our codes on coupon or deal-aggregator sites without written approval.
  • No trademark-infringing domains, social handles, or app names, and no content presented as an official trelic channel.
  • No promotion alongside adult, illegal, hateful, or misleading content.

    • 4. Trademarks and Materials

  • You may use the trelic name, logo, and screenshots to promote the product, unmodified, and only to describe it accurately.
  • This is a limited license for the duration of your participation, revocable at any time. It transfers no ownership.
  • You may not register trademarks, domains, or handles containing our marks.

    • 5. Relationship

    You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship. You may not make representations, warranties, or commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes, and U.S. affiliates must supply a W-9 before payout.

    6. Termination

    There are two kinds of ending, and they are deliberately different. If we simply stop working together, you keep earning on the customers you already sent us. You only lose that by breaking Section 3.

    6.1 Ending the partnership (either side, any reason)

  • Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, with written notice.
  • Commission on customers you already referred continues, on the same terms, for as long as those customers remain subscribed. Ending the partnership does not take away what you already earned.
  • No new referrals are credited after the termination date, and you must remove affiliate links and codes promptly.

    • 6.2 Termination for cause

  • We may terminate immediately, stop all future commission, and withhold any unpaid balance for breach of Section 3 (Content Rules), fraud, artificial or incentivised traffic, or misuse of our trademarks.
  • This is the only circumstance in which commission already accrued is forfeited. We will state the reason in writing.

    • 7. Change of Control

    If trelic is acquired, merges, or sells substantially all of its assets, perpetual commission obligations cannot simply transfer unresolved to a new owner. So:

  • We will give you at least 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect, to the email on your affiliate account.
  • The acquirer may elect to continue the program on these terms. If they do, nothing changes for you.
  • If they do not, commission on your existing referred customers continues for 12 months from the closing date and then ends. Alternatively we may offer a lump-sum buyout in place of that wind-down, which you are free to decline in favour of the 12 months.
  • Nothing in this section allows a change of control to be used to avoid commission already accrued and payable at the closing date.

    • 8. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

    The program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee tracking accuracy, uptime, conversion rates, or any level of earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the program is limited to commission actually payable to you in the three months preceding the claim.

    9. Indemnity

    You will indemnify and hold harmless TRELIC TECHNOLOGIES LLC against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your promotional content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or regulation, including securities and advertising law.

    10. Changes

    We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email on your affiliate account at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation after the effective date is acceptance.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
