And it survives us parting ways. If either of us ends the partnership for any ordinary reason, you keep earning on the customers you already sent. That only stops if you breach the content rules. See sections 6 and 7 for the two exceptions, stated plainly.
Your audience downloads and runs the full agent in paper mode with no account and no card. Nobody who follows your link can lose money trying it. That converts better at the top of the funnel and it means a recommendation cannot backfire on you.
Every installer is code-signed with an Organization Validated certificate issued to TRELIC TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a registered Florida company. Your audience sees a verified publisher name in the Windows install dialog, not "Unknown".
Trades execute in the user's own brokerage account. Broker credentials and API keys are encrypted by the operating system, on the user's machine, and are never transmitted to us. There is no custody of anyone's money at any point.
The agent proposes; the user approves. Guardrails, position limits, and circuit breakers are user-configured and enforced in code. Each decision, and the reasoning behind it, is written to a local audit log the user owns.
Approved affiliates get a lifetime license, because content made by someone who has actually run the software is obviously different from content that has not. Try it properly before you decide whether to recommend it.
Short version, and we mean it: no profit claims, ever, including your own results. No "passive income" or "guaranteed" framing. Disclose the commission clearly, and include a risk statement.
This is not boilerplate. trelic is used with real money, and content promising returns creates real exposure for you and for us. Describe what the software does, not what someone might earn. Violations end the partnership immediately.
