A storefront, checkout, delivery calendar, customer app, and driver app, plugged in under your brand. A reusable product with a separate deployment for each company. Trelic handles initial provisioning on the client's own service accounts.
Current status: Catalog, admin, inventory, embedded checkout, recovery, and scheduling are implemented in the sandbox. The complete purchase and refund acceptance test is still pending. Installable apps, SMS/push, driver tools, and live tracking remain planned work.
Phase 1 scope - delivery and acceptance are governed by the agreed statement of work
Catalog and admin
The business adds and prices its own products at /admin: photos, variants, allergens, lead times, and daily maximums. Login is by magic link, so there is no password to lose.
Checkout with Stripe
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, embedded on the page. Prices are computed server-side from the database; the browser never sets a price. Card data never touches the client's servers, because only Stripe-hosted fields collect it. Current tax calculation uses per-product flags and a configured rate; Stripe Tax is not yet integrated.
Delivery date and time windows at checkout
Windows per weekday with capacity, a cutoff time, same-day rules, and blackout dates. Lead time comes from the slowest item in the cart. A slot is held for 15 minutes during payment. Full windows show as Full.
Installable customer app and notifications
A progressive web app (Add to Home Screen on iPhone and Android) for ordering, tracking the order, and receiving updates. Email always. SMS only with opt-in (Twilio, with STOP/START/HELP handled and consent timestamped). Web push only with opt-in.
Events: confirmed, out for delivery, arriving soon, delivered, changed, cancelled.
Driver app and live tracking
A driver page at /drive with the day's stops: Navigate, Start Route, Arrived, Delivered with photo. Location is shared from the driver's phone every 5 to 10 seconds while a route is active. Customers get a tracking page at /track/[token] with a status timeline, live map, and ETA. The driver's position is shown only when that order is next or in progress. "Arriving soon" fires once, when within 10 minutes.
For the business: an admin route sheet, a printable bake sheet, and an on-time report.

Trelic provisions on the client's own accounts
Storefront, admin, customer app, and driver app, set up on the client's Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, Google Maps, and Resend accounts.
The client runs it from admin
No code to touch. Trelic supports and updates the system.
The client controls its domain, deployment repository, hosting, and third-party accounts. Deliverable ownership, reusable software rights, support, and handover are specified in the executed agreement. Trelic works as an authorized collaborator. Secrets live in the hosting provider's environment settings, never in the code.

Who owns the store and the data?
The client controls its Stripe account, database, domain, and deployment repository. Software ownership and handover follow the executed agreement.
Does Trelic ever touch card data?
No. Payment fields are Stripe-hosted; card numbers never pass through the client's or Trelic's servers.
